Jon Schultz at Optimum Performance Physical Therapy brought me on board being an intern, and he also has been working with me on my neck the past two weeks. I pinched a nerve through my neck and down my spine, and Jon helped me rehab it a few times to work it out on the new Redcord machine, which helped tremendously! Along with knowing his stuff, he is also up to date on the newest technology, and firmly believes in body neutrality, postural restoration, and functional fitness. He is very good at working with each individual athlete and their specific sport/training protocol, as well as rehabbing patients too. Jon is top notch in the industry and I highly recommend him and his services.

I'm not an athlete. Rather, I'm an aging person who is trying to build strength and maintain flexibility. Sometimes the body tells me when I've overdone. Jon Schultz has asssited me in improving my ability to breath properly. His exercises and homework have allowed me to retrain my body to fully fill my lungs which has allowed me to better perform cardio/running.
Jon recently provided much needed physical therapy for tendinitis that put me off my feet for weeks. His therapy and training helped my recovery and provided me the confidence to return to the gym. I will be following his guidance to ensure I don't re-injure those tendons.
