Jon Schultz at Optimum Performance Physical Therapy brought me on board being an intern, and he also has been working with me on my neck the past two weeks. I pinched a nerve through my neck and down my spine, and Jon helped me rehab it a few times to work it out on the new Redcord machine, which helped tremendously! Along with knowing his stuff, he is also up to date on the newest technology, and firmly believes in body neutrality, postural restoration, and functional fitness. He is very good at working with each individual athlete and their specific sport/training protocol, as well as rehabbing patients too. Jon is top notch in the industry and I highly recommend him and his services.

My daughter is a competitive swimmer and had shoulder pain for about six months. We went to a few places and the treatment they offered was not helping the injury. I made an appointment with Jon as a final try to help this injury heal or she would have likely been done swimming. The techniques and equipment Jon uses are unlike anyone we had seen. The focus was not only on the site of injury but also strengthening her core to help with the balance of her stroke and to help avoid another injury in the future. She just had her state meet and she did great and she was pain free the entire meet. She is showing a renewed confidence and love of the sport I thought she may have lost. My only wish is that we made our move sooner. Lastly, even after she was done going to Jon for treatment, every time we see him at a meet, he asked how she is doing and is genuinely concerned for her. I would recommend Optimum Performance to anyone that is in need.
